Tucked away on a ranch in the foothills of Northern Colorado is Hiatt Farms, a homestead property dating back to 1860. We tend a small herd of mid-sized and mini Jersey cross cattle here. We started this venture of "keeping a family cow" in 2014 order to produce our own milk and dairy products for our own consumption -- this was part of a larger project of being conscious of where our food comes from and raising our own food as much as possible. We also have a large garden, keep laying hens and raise meat birds and hogs as needed. 

Our farms is growing and diversifying in many ways, we look forward to always embrace the changes!
